Registration is valid on receipt of payment. Payments can be made by debit or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) using our secure gateway. Payments can also be made by bank transfer although we strongly recommend paying by credit card to expedite the administration process.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
ALIVE 2 offers different rates for the Presential Attendees. Registration fees are as follows:
- From 23rd October to 30th November, 2023 – Early Bird Presential Registration Rate: 275 euros
- From 1st December, 2023 to 15th March, 2024 – Regular Registration Rate: 385 euros
- From 16th March, 2024 to 17th April, 2024 – Late Registration Rate: 440 euros
- From 18th April, 2024 to 20th April, 2024 – Onsite Registration Rate: 495 euros
- From 18th December, 2023 to
31st January,4th February, 2024 – Special Early Bird (For those that have presented an abstract and have received confirmation from ALIVE that the abstract has been accepted. This rate is also available to all students and graduate students*): 220 euros
*When registering as a student, please send us a valid student certificate from your University. (You will be able to upload it in the next step of the Registration process.)
Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner:
The Welcome Cocktail on April 18th 2024 is free of charge. Please confirm your attendance for organisation purposes.
The registration fee does not include the Gala Dinner at the Chagall Museum. If you choose to attend the Gala Dinner, the price will be added to the total. The price for the Gala Dinner is 65 euros per person, including transportation to and from the Chagall Museum and the Radisson Blu, where the conference will take place. If you wish to book the ALIVE Gala Dinner for more than two people, please get in touch with us. This event is being subsidised by some of our sponsors.
Registration prices are exclusive of VAT. In accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/CEE on value added tax as amended and corresponding Spanish Law 37/1992 of December 28, 1992.
ALIVE Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.
Cancellation on or before April 2nd 2024: Payment will be refunded after the congress minus an administration fee of 30%. For cancellations made after this date, no refunds will be made. For those attending the Gala Dinner, cancellations will be accepted on or before April 8th 2024: payment will be refunded after the congress in full.

During the ALIVE Event it is possible that photos and/or videos are made. These photos and/or videos could be used for on publicly accessible websites for illustration purposes and/or to give form to the website(s) related to the ALIVE Event and/or for or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, leaflets, advertising and/or social media related to the ALIVE Event. You are entitled at any time to object to this processing of personal data by sending a statement to that effect to ALIVE’s Secretariat. ALIVE will, where reasonably possible, erase the personal data and, if this is not possible, cease further use of the personal data.
You may exercise your GDPR rights at any time in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament.
